I stopped at that branch 30 minutes before they closed, I asked for an Americano coffee and they weren't making any more. I asked for another type of coffee and they weren't serving it anymore. I asked for a hot macha and they told me they could only make it cold and we asked for other coffees like Americano or espresso coffees and they said that they were not going to serve it anymore because they were going to close. I arrived at nine 30 and they close at 10 at night and my order was going to be $26 and in the end they couldn't sell anything, very bad service to the person who was answering the phone with a very bad attitude and continually said that they were going to close and I told him...
I like coming to this restaurant because they always get my order correct and are attentive to me. I enjoy the friendly baristas. However, I find the loud music to be a major drawback. This is a coffee shop, not a nightclub, so I believe they should play light jazz or soft rock instead. The music is so loud that it is difficult to have a conversation or even think. I have to consistently ask them to lower the volume, but they say management wants it loud. Other Starbucks locations do not have this issue. Additionally, the restaurant could use more furniture as it appears neglected compared to the other establishments in the area.
I come here almost every morning or afternoon and have always had a great experience- all of the employees are so nice and helpful, my orders are always ready, and they also greet me by name which i think is really nice! CJ, Alex, and literally all of the other staff that I see on the daily basis are amazing. Will always prioritize coming to this location before stopping at any other one in the area Food: 5
