I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. They messed up my drink and instead of remaking it, they simply provided the adjustments on the side in a little cup (you can see it in the pictures). I ended up throwing the drink in the garbage and leaving. This was my first and last visit to that location. The other drink I ordered was supposed to be a Caramel Macchiato, but it just tasted like something hot and bland. On the bright side, it's a decent place to sit and enjoy a drink—if they actually make good drinks! You can probably get a sense of what this Starbucks is like by checking other reviews.
Worst Starbucks in London. Terrible service. Employee helped several customers who arrived after us and when we brough it to their attention they were very rude. Took over 20 minutes to get a drink and it was not even that busy. Employees were rude and unprofessional. Worst experience at a Starbucks ever, most definitely will not be visiting again.
I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks drive-thru. The wait time was too long, and the staff were quite rude. To add to that, they were involved in personal conversations with other customers, completely ignoring those of us waiting in line. This not only wasted my time but also gave me a negative impression of their customer service.
