Nice enough place and nice employees trying their best, despite the constant flow of people. For those complaining about the slowness/quality of the service, how about you try working there yourself, and BE FAST and COURTEOUS with the ratio of employees to clients at the drive and the front. Same for those whining about them not having your special drink. It’s not the store’s fault and even less the employee’s. How about calling their logistics department, to talk this one out.? And get a free gift card or something. One last thing, be clear about petit/venti, not the employees fault if you fail to articulate properly ^ ^ XX
