I always go out of my way to go to McLeod Starbucks for my drinks and snacks! This store always has the friendliest and most amazing staff ESPECIALLY Steven. Steven always makes my day when I go through the drive thru. They are super fun, personable and positive. Please hire even more people like Steven! The cleanliness at this location is superb.
I ordered at the drive-thru the other day and messed up my drink, so I called the store and let them know abt my drink and they said they’ll gonna remake it, and I came back earlier to get my drink and they made sure that the drink is all good before I leave, 10/10 for the staffs
Although the lines are long, the place is going to be renovated eventually for faster service. I used to go to second cup all the time but now my pups and I have converted.
