Proabably one of the worst coffees I have had in a very very long time. I usually NEVER go to starbucks as I would much rather go to a local coffee shop as they tend to actually care about coffee and customers but thought Id give it a go. Remember the first time that I had coffee at Starbuck was at the corner of Campbell and George Street in Sydney Haymarket. Then it was the first time for me to re-visit its sibling in Garden City on Australian day morning. I found that they serve Flat White in Brisbane (maybe it is the new strategy) otherwise I have to order the Americano with self-served dashes of milk. Service was very good and the waitress advised me for a new bean mix and I gave it a go. Well, coffee was not bad, strength and aroma were all matching my palate and the croissant with Jam and butter was selling in a surprisingly cheap price compared to some of the other cafés. CP ratio is good. Recommended....
had to attend a first aid course in the morning, so came in this caffe for a brekkie before the event. before 07:00 clock advised, so had to wait for his opening. I appreciate his timely opening hours at 07:00. I approached the counter and decided to have a cold brew to go with a croissant with ham and cheese. the production rate was excellent. I love my coffee, during the week I indulge myself with great boutique coffee in Brisbane CBD, however during the weekend I like to buy a Starbucks from my local Westfield in garden city. I was very disappointed last week, I saw their new macchiato range and asked if they could make me a frap,chocolate hazelnut macchiato, whilst taking my order, the coffee barrister made it sound like it will be easy for them to do that , however when the coffee arrived, it was nothing like a frap!!! Very disappointed , please educate your staff!
it was a rainy morning that I have found the best place to have brekkie, this place is because I can park my car at the undercover and go to this caffe. the caffe just opened when I arrived, so I was the first customer of the day. I do like their green tea Latte. The décor looks quite nice and there is space to manoeuvre prams.
Too bad LO is too active now for me to take advantage of the atmosphere. Thankfully the kids play area is close by so I get takeaway and drink it there.
Tried the matcha espresso fusion and it wasn't bad, have to say it looks very cool with the different colors.

I just read that dianaw visited yesterday. you judge the coffee here reflects my experience today. my double shot cafe latte is served hot, but tastes like 1.5 dishes and lack of taste. I guess the Starbucks coffee isn't for me. I would still rate it as a decent coffee at 3.5/5.0! the workers here are welcoming and the barista serves their coffee with a smile!

Great service, great coffee. Staff always ensure mine is extra hot otherwise they know it will be taken back! Love the atmosphere of this starbucks it far outweighs any other in Brisbane. It is also very clean! Thanks jacob for making regulars feel very welcome!
