I visited this Starbucks and asked for my drink to have light ice, but when I received it, it was filled with ice. I was told after purchasing it that they do not offer light ice options for that drink. They said I could buy it again with light ice, which didn't make sense to me. If they don't offer light ice, they shouldn't have it as an option on the menu. I was disappointed that they suggested I pay again for their mistake, and I won't be ordering from here again. The employee with glasses was unhelpful.
I'm not sure who was working at the drive-thru tonight, but the guy there got my order wrong. He charged me for a strawberry refresher, but gave me a mango dragonfruit one without fruit instead. I told him I didn't want fruits in it, so he gave me the right refreshment but with fruits, which was confusing and frustrating.
I don't understand how they're a 4 stars. I wish there was something less than a star. her customer service is terrible. dieucks should really look into this team and offer some customer satisfaction training. I will visit the in levittown where the experience of a customer is their priority.
The slowest location I've ever been to. Standing here for 20 minutes waiting for a black coffee. Other locations I get my black coffee within seconds since it?s not a special drink. I won?t be going back, will be going to Levittown location. Poor customer service!

I order 2 things,one wasn’t the one that I order.The other one was a frappe they didn’t put the crunch twice.I Pay for extra caramel and they just put a little bit.My frappe didn’t have any taste was ugly.I’m never coming again.
The location itself is fine. My peppermint coffee was very tasty but the price is quite high. $4.65 for a short peppermint mocha. I'm sorry but that's really expensive for a size down from a small. With tax it was $5.05.
I always take a taste b4 leaving.. I felt it was a little off which can happen. They remade no questions asked.Everyone is bubbly and in a great mood at this location. Awesome place to visit to start my day!
