It's always a nice experience when you arrive and they remember your order. There are a few staff members here who are exceptional. However, I've noticed that there seems to be a high turnover rate at this location. I'm not sure why, but the core team that has been there the longest really stands out and provides excellent service.
The staff here is very attentive, especially the young woman who served me. Although I had to wait a little while for my drip coffee, she was apologetic and made sure to check if it met my expectations.
Love Starbucks but had to give less stars for the DTR/DTO person, Nat. Very unpleasant and acts like she hates her job.
