Gotta love the 6$ drink and pastry combo. The staff made an effort to understand my order, albeit a bit complex. I didn’t want coffee or matcha or iced tea. I wanted to try something from their warm tea line. They offered to steam the milk which nobody does for me. They asked relevant questions and prepared a calm drink in a world filled with chaos. The pastry and warm beverage made for a delightful in store experience which is what I imagine the brand conceptualized when opening the first in store Starbucks at the Mollie Stones in Pacific Heights. Just opened early am, the staff denied a paying customer to be seated to enjoy his overpriced so so coffee, for no reason besides the guy was homeless. No COVID signs in sight. Passed by an hour later and a well dressed lady was able to be seated and have her drink... ┛ᴥ ┛彡┻━┻ That's really hateful. If he hadn't purchased anything I get denying him sitting around... But tsktsk. Realize while you're so quick to judge a stranger for having nothing, that most of us are just one bad decision/wrong move from being in the same situation. Have mercy on people struggling... It's free to be mutually respectful.... I'm not going to be totally negative and give 1 star. I don't want them losi...
Always a disappointment coming to this store... so today I ordered a Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato so clearly I wanted a Hot drink. When I received my order he gave me a Iced drink instead. So I let him know that I wanted a hot one and that I never said ICED... well he has the audacity to tell them that this drink can only be made in iced which is a lied because is on the menu and he just said try it is good... I don't really drink iced coffees unless is a hot day and today is freezing cold! Also, yesterday I ordered a pumpkin spice and I ask for less syrup and the lady working also didn't care and ignored the instructions on the cup which is usually the problem at this store. I love Starbuc...
The atmosphere at this Starbucks is less than welcoming, with some employees exhibiting rudeness. The clientele is diverse, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and people of various ethnic backgrounds. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom leaves much to be desired. Overall, this location could use significant improvement.

Neeru was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me with the promotional discount, even though it was extremely busy and she was the only one on duty.
Normally I have no problems at this location but the last two times they have been closed 30 minutes earlier than they say on their web page. That suckx!
I’m really frustrated with this store! I wasted 30 minutes waiting for just one coffee!
Very bad customer service, the barista was so rude and acted like she hates her job.
