Feeling let down, I decided to visit a different location and I was pleasantly surprised. They had the decaf I wanted and were happy to brew it for me. I enjoyed my coffee at a clean table and the staff were friendly and efficient in taking orders. I was delighted to have found a new favorite spot where the customers' needs were valued. Thank you to the staff for making me feel important and satisfying my craving for my favorite beverage. You guys are awesome.
