This is another time when employee inform that we are closed. The first time I understood but yesterday I was furious mad. They served the car before us and when our car drive to the window, employee just inform that the place is closed. First our car was at the line before closing time and even card drive to window few minutes before official closing hour. I do not understand why car before could get the drink and our not after waiting on the line already few minutes and still be at the window couples minutes before official closing. we went to another location and get the drink without a problem but this location is very unprofessional.
My mocha was the best I've ever had in all my years visiting different Starbucks across the country. The store is a bit smaller, but really charming and cozy. There isn't a lot of seating, and coming from Wisconsin, I wasn't ready for the busy traffic and limited parking. As for parking: it's quite tight. There's a restaurant next door, and the drive-thru exits right by the entrance, so be cautious when driving in!
My sister and mom ordered drinks for themselves and for me, but they got my sister's drink wrong and didn’t fill my mom's or my drinks properly. We ordered grandes, but they weren’t filled all the way. Why should I pay for that size if I’m not getting my money's worth?
This Starbucks offers only three-quarters of a cup if you don’t leave a tip. Additionally, the barista has an attitude problem, as they don’t say good morning and don’t respond when you ask for sugar or a stir.

My drink is always made just the way I like it. I appreciate the consistency. The drive thru is fast and the people working here are friendly!
