Usually a fine experience, but 2 stars for losing my order ahead for beverages for a baby shower. I called 3 days in advance to confirm an order, and when I arrived a few minutes early on the day of the event to pick it up, they had lost the order. Baristas told me it would take 30 minutes minimum to brew replacements…which would have made me late to the event I was co-hosting. It put me in a bad situation and thankfully Caribou across town was able to help out last minute, with a good attitude. I would not order ahead here again.
I just started coming here awesome service always busy there's a very tall older white guy that works any time I go and he's not there the place seems to be in Kaos he does so good with keeping things in order can he work mon thru Fri haha but everyone does amazing works as a
