The barista who took my order and the ones preparing the orders were very nice and friendly. However, Nicole was quite rude. While I was placing my order and the barista was typing it into the register, Nicole approached the register to remove the tip jar, and abruptly cut in front of the barista taking my order and started typing things into the register that he was using, causing me to have to stop saying my order because the barista could no longer type it in. No “excuse me,” “sorry,” or other display of basic human manners from Nicole.
