Starbucks - Tisch resevieren

I would like to address the negative experience I had with your employees during my recent visit to your restaurant. I came in to celebrate my birthday and was looking forward to redeeming my free drink that I had earned through your app. However, I was taken aback when the employee at the window questioned why I had not mentioned it before paying. I assumed that clicking "redeem" on the app would automatically apply the offer, so I did not think to bring it up beforehand. The employee's attitude was quite disrespectful, making me feel like it was my fault for not mentioning it sooner. Additionally, after the transaction was finally resolved and I was reimbursed, the employee closed the wind...

It took 30 minutes to receive my Pumpkin Spice Latte, despite there not being many people in line. I watched as the barista made my latte with milk instead of oat milk, and without whipped cream as requested. When I pointed out the mistake, he remade it without whipped cream, still ignoring my request. The lack of attention to detail and customer service was disappointing, as this has happened multiple times at this restaurant. The staff seem to have no passion or pride in their work, resulting in frequent mistakes. 4 out of 5 visits have resulted in errors, which is unacceptable. Shameful.

Ordered online 10 minutes before arrival, yet still waited 25 minutes in the store for our order. When we asked for updates, employees told us they would look into it, but never did and then told us 'it may be while '. They did not give anyone coming into order any warnings about the absurdly long wait times so everyone coming in was stuck waiting 40 minutes without warning after paying. I don 't blame employees for the long waits, but they need to handle them properly.

Passed by today (June 17th) at 11:15am and placed my order through mobile app. The wait was very long and we were running late so we needed to cancel. The barista was very rude and yelled sarcastically at us as we were leaving exclaiming “this is not Tim Hortons” We were nothing but polite but we had to leave and felt like this was very rude and uncalled for. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too…extremely long wait times. I placed a mobile order (grande -pike) and I have been in the store for the past 40 minutes. My order isn’t even complicated…yet it is taking long. When I asked about the order right now, they said it hasn’t come out yet. So what’s the point of placing a mobile order ?

This Starbucks location is the slowest I have ever experienced. The staff shows no sense of urgency, especially during busy times. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your order, whether you are using the drive-thru or inside the store.

WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I waited an hour for 2 drinks and had to ask for a refund because it became too ridiculous. They need to shut off mobile orders until they can handle the influx of orders or are adequately staffed.

It's a coffee hang out for us boys. Lots of free parking in the daytime. And lots of place to sit and chat. Easy as pie. And the coffee is pretty good too, lol. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

1 star for cleanness. This branch is the dirtiest I have seen. Neither the service area nor bathroom or even the food display area were clean.

Very friendly staff, but extremely slow service. Waited a good 20 mins for a drink.
