this place can never get my drink right. Whenever I work in Tacoma the last few weeks, I have stopped here and ordered the same drink. It never taste right. I usually work in Seattle and go to the one on first Avenue or the one down near Pier 91. I also live in Auburn and go to the one in Lakeland Hills maybe sometimes I make my way over to Gig Harbor. They are all consistent but this one here between Auburn and Tacoma never gets it right.
I came in a few weeks ago. Ordered a coffee. Left my wallet in my car, ran out to get it. When I came back in, the barista was changing the garbage cans. She walked back up to the register to grab my cup to make my coffee. I asked her if she was going to wash her hands first before touching my cup? She rolled her eyes and said, "Um, sure! "I informed her that it was a sanitary issue.
Third time going to this Starbucks. It's a little tricky to get in and out. Everyone is nice but it took almost 10 mins to get a plain iced americano. I think they prioritize the drive-through. Looked clean enough inside.

Amazing, fast, reliable, kind service. Online ordering is great for in-store and drive-thru pickup. Would definitely recommend this location, the wonderfully helpful, joyful staff make a great environment.
Milton Starbucks is a convenient and friendly place. Great service and staff is knowledgeable and skilled in consistently providing specialized drinks.
They got my order wrong but super friendly and nice correcting it. The girl at the window made conversation while they remade my drink.
