I am not a fan of Starbucks. I don't hate it, but I only go when my best friend wants to because she likes it. A few weeks ago, it was very hot out and I needed a drink before a job interview. I went in and asked for something with lemonade. The employee recommended a drink that looked great and tasted amazing. I tried it at another Starbucks location, but it was different. I would highly recommend this particular location because I would be willing to drive the distance just to have it again.
I 'm not sure if this lady JENN doesn 't like her job but she was very rude for no reason, no smile and no eye contact. I asked for a water and immediately gave me a small one, when I asked if I can please get a venti she almost rolled her eyes, then I asked for a tray for my 3 drinks and once again, as If I 'm asking her to do something that isn 't what she 's getting paid for.
This location is best in Corona John and the staff there remember what you order before you even say anything and prepare your food exactly as you ask. The hospitality is like no other location. If you do a mobile order your food is ready quick....your in and out especially when you have to get kids to school.
I love coming to this Starbucks! Customer service is always on point ! I appreciate especially the manager and her morning crew since I go mostly in the mornings I always get greeted and my coffee always made correctly, thats why I go the extra distance to come to this location : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Peaceful. I got to sit down in a real, soft, comfortable chair with a low table for my cold brew, keys, phone. Stayed long enough to eat enjoy the quiet. Probably my most memorable Starbucks experience in this ~pandemic time~ we are in.
This restaurant offers fast and friendly service where they greet you by name every time! The pumpkin scones are back and you should definitely get one before they sell out!
Love the location and atmosphere but the customer service drops big time from the other standalone Starbucks locations in the area. They seem annoyed when customers come in

The most consistent Starbucks location in Temescal Valley. Always perfect; in fact, I don?t think they?ve ever been out of anything.
