We went there tonight to get the sandwiches. It was 5 pm on Sunday. Did not have the sandwich we were looking for, bacon and turkey. The man behind the counter assured us that they had everything to make the Italian sandwich. they did not have Bistro aioli and the lettuce was rotten along with the tomatoes looked like hey were left sliced open in the fridge like almost frost bitten). The meat was dried out. I am so disappointed in Vons. I asked for onions on the two sandwiches and there was very little slice and no offer to slice new ones. Worst Starbucks ever, the staff is not friendly at ALL. I have experience in customer service and I can't even get a soft Smile trying to order. Very rude and kind of get out of my face leave me alone type of vibe no matter if you are nice to them or not. I would say the last time I had good customer service would probably be in 2017. Definitely undertrained and I wouldn't even bother trying to go to that Starbucks knowing that they always out of everything! Don't waste your time and go somewhere else!
I would not recommend this location due to poor customer service. The staff seem more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers, leading to long wait times. After waiting 15 minutes for an iced coffee, the employee's attitude changed noticeably when they saw I didn’t leave a tip. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue. I suggest avoiding this place.
Sub-par establishment. If you don’t tip on the mobile order they just give you a bunch of ice instead of actual beverage. Didn’t help that they couldn’t find my order or made me wait longer even though my drink was already prepped next to them.

It was open hours both the times I was there and it wasn't open. I was really looking forward to it, but had to come back home empty handed. This was really bad service.
I like the manager at this place. Very friendly. I will continue to go here as long as they don't treat customer badly like a few other places.
Terrible customer service here! I would give it a zero if I could. I will definitely not be returning.

I was in line at around 3 PM, and they said they were closed. Closing hours are at 8 PM...
November 20 Girl says it's closed and its after 730am.It's another 20 minutes.
