We stopped by This store before heading home from a Richmond trip with my 82 year old parents. Despite the fact that there were six customers in store, including the four of us, and despite a fully staffed store, the physically present in store customers were left waiting while mobile order after mobile order were put up on the board, complete, and waiting (chilling) for customers to arrive. What should have been a ten minute max wait, became a 25 minute wait for 4 drinks! Horrible service. We ordered our drinks, tea. Many others came in after us ordering intricate drinks that required more time to make. They received theirs first. I thought how odd. Then after all the customers were served we still had not received ours. I reminded him. He sighed, then he made our tea. He didn't even apologize. Needless to say I will not be returning to this particular Starbucks again.

What a fantastic way to kick off my day! The staff at this location truly takes the time to learn your name and set a positive tone for your morning. I've been visiting this spot for several years, and I've always had a wonderful experience. They’re my favorite team of baristas!

The baristas behind the counter show a clear sense of urgency, which is nice to see as a customer, especially when they are balancing orders in peak times. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. This location is one of the better ones I've been to for sure.
This place is generally pretty good, but it has it's off days for sure. They don't mix the drinks very well and sometimes if you are lucky they get bits of plastic in your cup.
Every single time that I go to buy groceries at Kroger's , always stopped at this Starbucks to get coffee, they always made perfect coffee!
Earl grey tea was really good. Price is higher since they charge tax on the beverage which they don't do at home. Oh well!
