This location is right by where I work so I’ve been a few times. Every time they messed up my order. A few times they’ve given me different items. Sometimes they couldn’t even fix the issue for me. The worst was today. They gave me a soggy croissant. It was seeping with something. Water or butter? I don’t know. But it was disgusting. I also believe they made my macchiato with regular instead of almond milk. I got sick from this and I also paid extra for almond milk... This location just needs to get it together. They are also super slow. Maybe they’re understaffed? Every other location I’ve been to is great.
I have consistently had problems with my drink at this restaurant, despite it being something as simple as a refreshing drink. I continue to come back because of its convenient location near my house and I want to give them another chance, but they never seem to get it right. I will continue to leave reviews about my drinks until they can make it correctly. If they are never able to do so, expect to see my name here often.
ordered a venti coffee frap w 2 dishes and paid $8 for this bland level tasting milkshake. the 2 dishes paid by espresso i for def did not make it. Now I have to work so that there is no time to go through the driveway again to give them a second chance to do their job. in the round only 8 dollars to a multinational group at this time. Thank you.
This restaurant is a complete mess. The hours are inconsistent and when they are open, the staff is untrained and unable to complete basic tasks. It took 10 minutes past the pick-up time to receive a pre-made bottled drink from a mobile order. The organization of the drinks is lacking, this place definitely needs new management or something. My local Starbucks. Love going there before work. Unfortunately lately they have been closing earlier (which is understandable if they are understaffed as they shouldn't overwork their staff just to sell an extra cup of coffee) Out of five times I've been there they were closed 3 times more in evening hours, so call ahead just in case.
My coffee run was good, no real issues aside from too many people ordering at that location specifically. I know they are understaffed too, so I can't fault them for it.Keep doing speedy great work guys and girls.
Every time I come here the wait time per vehicle is over 7 minutes. This is a poorly operated Starbucks and corporate needs to visit this location and put the team in check

Ordered 5 drinks, in the drive-thru. All were correct and it did not take as long as I expected. Great experience.
