I was in a hurry and just wanted my morning coffee. I requested a venti horchata with light ice, which I've ordered at various other Starbucks without any problems. However, the woman wearing a mask told me she couldn't accommodate that request because it was against policy. I've never encountered such a rule before. I ended up going next door to the French Workshop, where the coffee tastes much better anyway.
The food is typically excellent and the restaurant is generally clean, but be prepared for a potential lack of customer service if you encounter any issues with your order. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
