So much for the Human Connection. This Starbucks location has the worst customer experience I have seen and experienced over the years. Today was a last chance. I 've sat in the cafe today for a few hours and worked. I ordered a beverage on the mobile app. When I received it, it was only half-full. I asked for a remake and they asked if I wanted whipped cream. As if that was the reason the cup was only half-full. When the beverage was remade, it was just called out remake, then the Team Member ran away from the handoff counter. This location has some of the worst standards. Both in drink quality, and in human connection. As for me... I will avoid this location.
Staff are always so nice and today I have experienced something that is particularly important to me. Fast food, retail, etc. has hit the hill so badly. Starbucks reminded me that there are people who are good what they do and go the extra mile. Cole and Sheyanne were those who thru the drive and definitely earn recognition!!!!
It?s Starbucks so you know what your getting. This location get s 4/5 only because of the location being extremely inconvenient. I understand they is no reflection of the quality or the amazing staff, but they could easily funnel the traffic through the gravel lot
My favorite Starbucks by far! It's a great place to study. All workers are so patient and friendly, and my drinks are always 10/10. The bathrooms are clean every time (hard to find in public facilities) and the music is also good!
