Enjoyed the ambience and Modern /Bistro decor. The Baristas were nice, Courteous and prompt. Your could hear the smile as they asked for your order. There is space for intimate gatherings or large staff meetings. Restrooms clean and spacious for someone physically challenged. The outside was nice too. The lighting from inside made the outside cast an intimate setting. Thoroughly enjoyed my Starbucks experience.
The baristas here are not friendly and borderline rude. They do not respond when you thank them for your order, or say hello. You will not receive the customer service you are accustomed to when patronizing your local Starbucks. They also do not followdrink orders properly and if they are out of a product they substitute without informing the customer. This location needs anoverhaul and retraining.
The Egg Bacon Gruyère Egg Bites and the Petite Vanilla Bean Scone were excellent. However, the peppermint Caffè Mocha was unexpectedly bitter, and they overlooked some of the extras I requested. Normally, it's my favorite drink, but this one was not up to par, and I even needed to add sugar to make it drinkable.
First and last time at this location. 1: Staff not friendly at all. 2: My tea was bland and not very hot. 3: I had to send back for the peppermint puffs I ordered. 4: All and all the customer service, product quality and presentation did not match theservice I'm accustomed to at the Alabaster location. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and it was filled with whipped cream and barely any drink. They didn't put the caramel crunch in it they sprinkled less than a pinch of caramel POWDER on the top in stead of the crunch on top and in the drink. I alreadydrank more than half of the whipped cream.
I recommend avoiding ordering through DoorDash. I frequently order from this restaurant, but my recent experience was very disappointing. They prepared my order incorrectly, which felt like a waste of money since I had paid extra for additional items that were missing.
My girlfriend really enjoyed her Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte, but I wasn't a fan of my Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers Beverage. Hopefully, I'll have better luck with my drink next time.
My cold brew with a ?splash of half n half? magically turned into a glass of milk, but at least it only took 30 minutes of sitting in the drive through line to receive! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Awful nothing was in the drink other than coffee. No ice, almond milk, cinnamon syrup. Just old coffee. Im very disappointed
