I had an unsettling experience at the restaurant. The manager approached me and claimed that one of his staff members accused me of taking photos of them and making them uncomfortable. I assured the manager that I had not taken any pictures of his employees and that I would never do such a thing. I even mentioned that if I wanted to take pictures, I would do it outside. When I expressed this, the situation felt quite strange to me. I also pointed out that another worker confirmed I hadn't taken any photos and that there were no bad intentions involved. This incident occurred at 9:30 p.m. on September 16, 2022, while I was waiting for my drink.
My primary issue is the cost—spending $20 for three items feels quite steep. Additionally, they recently discontinued the Violet Drink, which was my favorite and something I used to order almost every day. Since its removal from the menu, I’ve found myself visiting Starbucks less often.
If any staff members or Starbucks enthusiasts have recommendations for a drink similar to the Violet Drink, I would greatly appreciate it. For now, I'll still pop in when I have a random craving for Starbucks, but I’m not sure what would entice me to come back regularly to this location.
The coffee here is excellent. However, it would be great if they had more staff, as it's clear that all the employees are really working hard. Unfortunately, this can impact their friendliness since they often don’t have time to be more approachable. With some extra support, they might be able to appear happier and create a more inviting atmosphere. I don't fault the staff for this; at least they were polite, and the coffee was spot on.
I come here because it is literally on the way to work. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a drink that hadn't even tasted well and forgotten to add the supplement. these dieucks also have a bad habit not to call the names when the commands out. Other Starbucks location lead better.

this is a very busy dieucks, but the staff is always beautiful (nice to my pups as). if the line is long, it can wait so not ideal if they are in a hurry. Drinks and food are always in comparison to other locations close.
How and why does it take 30min to receive a drink? Every time I come and the crazy part it’s not even busy. It’s ridiculous. Can’t even make drinks right. Where’s management? Train your employees!
this location is beautiful and clean, and they have this amazing person behind the theke called jay. legit the most prosperous person I've ever met at a diet. give it a raise.
I like it because they have an extensive menu that is very tasty and lovely juices. My favorite is dragon fruit lemonade. I love it.
