let me first say that the workers are in the regular size and the food/drinks are big. the waiting time is to be expected when there is a line on the road, what can they expect, especially with who knows how many mobile orders. here is my problem, I moved up to get my mobile order. parked at the open place I saw, went in and sat to wait. a few minutes later this man came in, who looked like he drove the van and caused some kind of dampening in the register. I ordered a vanilla latte and 3 banana walnut loaf for my husband through Uber eats. When my driver arrived at the restaurant she called and told me that they only had one banana loaf left so I got the one banana loaf and 2 chocolate chip cookies instead. When we received our order I opened the package my banana loaf was in and there was a LIVE FLY in the package buzzing around all over the banana loaf!??I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed! I will NEVER order from this Starbucks again! I love Starbucks but they seriously should shut this location down. If you're lucky enough to even be able to fit in the drive through line, you're going to be waiting 45 minutes.. Yes, 45 minutes, for your coffee. And you can't even leave the line if you want to because you are blocked in by the curb. Ridiculous. I considered hopping a curb after 20 minutes. Severely understaffed and horrible parking situation.

I’m really pleased to see this location open since my last trip to the island. I would have given it five stars just for that and the amazing staff, who generously gave me a complimentary protein box after I accidentally dropped mine. However, I have to take off a star due to the broken nitro machine.
This location deserves an award—specifically for being the slowest Starbucks ever! It took 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and to make matters worse, they got my order wrong. What a waste of both time and money. I won't be returning to this place again.
Worst location ever. Do not go here. We waited in the drive through line for over 40 minutes. When we got to the order kiosk we sat there for 10 minutes before anyone said hello and took our order. No explanation for the wait.
the actual coffee and food items are the same with their average diets. But what I don't get is why it takes 30 to 45 minutes to get through the auto-thru circuit. What are these people who need this time?

It's Friday afternoon, and the place is quite busy, but the line is moving quickly. I just got the best oat milk latte I've ever had, and the staff is incredibly friendly! I highly recommend it!
Coffee is good, the parking lot can be hard to get into though. Not the best location for somewhere so busy.
