Overall, the staff was very friendly, but the service was incredibly slow. My sister and I ordered two drinks—a Venti pineapple passion fruit lemonade and a Grande vanilla bean Frappuccino—and it took 40 minutes to receive them. I initially paid using a $25 gift card and a $10 gift card, but the total came to $40 for the two drinks. I had to run back to my car to get another $20. To make matters worse, the people behind me used my gift card for their drinks, which ended up wasting my money. This was frustrating, especially since it wasn’t my fault—someone at the register hadn’t properly processed their payment. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, but at least the drinks were good.
If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The lady with the red hair really needs to be let go. She messed up my drink and then charged me an extra $2. I normally pay $6.82 for my venti matcha, but she charged me $8.59! I wouldn't have minded the higher price if the drink had been good, but I ended up paying $2 extra for a terrible drink. She didn’t mix the matcha with the milk at all! This place needs to hire better staff. Also, why are your prices higher than usual?
The drinks here are fantastic when they're actually open, but it can be hit or miss as to whether they'll be ready to serve or if you'll find a closed sign. The key factor in any business is reliability. I recommend heading to the Starbucks on Commerce Drive, which is consistently open during their stated hours, almost all the time.
Ordered two drinks iced chai latte and an oat milk shaken espresso. The chai latte was given to me white just all milk. And then the barista asked me what type of milk goes in the OATMILK shaken espresso and asked me how to finish making the rest of the drink. Do I look like the barista? Train your employees!!

My coffee came out cold and when I brought it up to the girl at the counter she was just plain nasty to me. I took the L but as my name is Dawnesha Davis I shall never be back! Smh, we need a Starbucks union something fierce right now...
I asked for a specific order, and when I told the barista that it was incorrect, I still took the drink. She didn’t even apologize! Starbucks, you need to retrain your employees proper customer service, and to listen to their customers.
DISASTER. If you're in line and an online order comes in, they halt your order to focus on the online request. While I waited for my server, over five other customers were attended to before me. TERRIBLE POLICY.
Barista was super nice and skilled at making my drink. Pleasant to chat with while waiting too. Only downside was no seating available within the store but that's not their fault.
