UNSANITARY AND RUDE. I found a BUG in my drink. When I came back and asked the manager for a new drink in a size up to accommodate for the ALIVE bug being in my drink she said she’d have to charge me for that. I said okay and asked to speak to another manager. The original manager went to the other manager and explained what’s going on instead of letting me speak to her myself. The other manager got very loud and said “Make it the same size” and “I’m not worried about that, I’m not worried at alllllll. There’s so many other drinks out there I ain’t worried” excuse me ? I genuinely have nothing negative to say about this Starbucks, aside from the parking lot being a bit small and chaotic, which is typical for places near the turnpike. I usually just park at the Old Navy and walk over a short distance. The staff here is fantastic, especially the manager and the longtime employees. They recognize me by face and even know my favorite coffee order. I'm pleasantly surprised to see such dedicated workers in such a large chain. They really manage to create the atmosphere of a small boutique coffee shop through their personal connections with customers. Despite this location always being busy, I rarely have to wait long for my coffee. Keep up the amazing work!
Extremely disappointing customer service! I have no interest in finding out who the manager is because I won’t be returning to this location. I placed my order online and arrived after the estimated time. I received a notification that my drink was ready, yet I still had to wait. When I asked the barista to check on my order, she told me I was next in line, but when I mentioned that my app indicated my drink was ready, she just looked at me and ignored my concern. I decided to leave without asking for a refund; they can keep my money because I will not be back! This was the worst Starbucks experience I've had, and I hope corporate takes note of these reviews and addresses the issues!
So as far as drinks go at this Starbucks they are pretty good! Maybe once I've had to have my order fixed. Customer service is not bad at all. All the employees are always working very hard and I give them an immense amount of credit because I know I couldn't handle it. But I am only giving three stars because they are just so slow. To no fault of the employees. This Starbucks is on a very busy road and seems everyone goes to this one so they are always backed up. I suggest mobile order and even doing that you'll be waiting a long time.

I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order of a drink. It seems the mobile ordering system was down, and instead of addressing the situation, the staff prioritized their favorites and prepared drinks in any order they pleased. The service was absolutely terrible. There’s a reason I choose this place—I expect consistency and quality. This experience was marked by complete unprofessionalism.
Don 't waste your time and money at this Starbucks location. The staff are rude and unfriendly and will rip you off if you ask for a drink with less ice or no ice. And when I say rip off I mean they will fill your cup half way. Not even 3/4 the way up.I 've been to other locations such as Westport downtown and Bridgeport steel point and they don 't treat you like this.
What a pristine atmosphere this location has! The staff were incredibly friendly and served me with a smile. As I expected, my coffee was outstanding. I will definitely be returning.
ordering on the mobile app. came to home, started drinking my coffee and was confused why it felt so light. opened the cap and found that my drink was 1/3 empty. disappointed
