I usually order through the app for convenience and visit various locations depending on where I am, but this Starbucks at Northwestern and Franklin is by far my favorite. I genuinely believe that everyone working here deserves a raise because the atmosphere is so welcoming every time I step inside. I always make it a point to say hello and thank you when I visit any Starbucks, as I truly appreciate the drinks they prepare for me. However, many locations don't acknowledge me, even when I attempt to express my gratitude in passing, which I understand since I’m just another customer. But at this store, I always feel welcomed by everyone. They don’t just say hello; they are often very friendly...
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant on October 6, 2022, around 1:15 PM. The person at the drive-thru was extremely rude. I simply asked about having milk in my coffee, which is the same order I've been placing for years, but she insisted that I should order a latte and wouldn’t let me place my usual order. I've been a regular customer at this place and have never encountered such rudeness before. She spoke to me as if I was foolish and her attitude was very disrespectful. I won't be returning after this experience.
The peach white tea lemonade is delicious, but I really should have gone with the hot chocolate instead. The air conditioning is set way too low—it felt like the North Pole in there! I actually had to step outside into the 90° heat just to warm up. Seriously, if Starbucks cares about the environment, they could easily make a difference by adjusting the AC by just a couple of degrees. It would have a significant impact. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly!
hours are very incompatible for this particular location. they never really know when they are open or what days they are open. sometimes a random note on the door or auto thru is what they let know. that must be better. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Just when you think it can't get any worse. I recently ordered through the drive -thru, in Oak Park. I was unexpectedly met by a vampire/demon at the window. I will say this was not a pleasant surprise.
The restaurant could use a bit more cleanliness. However, the coffee was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent.
The barista mentioned that there should be operating instructions for making drinks! They truly are the best at what they do!
