Most of the time, I approached the counter anticipating a warm greeting, only to be met with icy indifference. About half the time, I got a faint smile, but the other half, when I would ask how they were doing, didn’t yield much more than a curt response. And let’s talk about when my drink was ready. Instead of a simple “Your order is ready,” the barista would call my name in a tone reminiscent of a disgruntled school teacher. No pleasant acknowledgment or even a “thank you” — just an uninviting handoff of my drink....

I have consistently enjoyed my visits to this location. Although it can get quite crowded on weekends, it's an excellent place to work during the week. The small fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere, particularly in the winter months. The baristas are consistently friendly and efficient at making drinks.
I ordered a drink, and just as I was about to pay, the server walked away for two minutes without saying anything. It felt fairly rude, especially since she didn’t apologize when she returned. I recommend that you train your staff to exhibit better manners. Service: 2, Atmosphere: 3.
