BEST Starbucks in town! these barista's are ALWAYS on their game! I always receive an awesome hot or iced drink whenever I'm there- in fact I go out of my way to go there when I need A great coffee. No the Starbucks up near Target is awful as well as the one off College on Plaza, You can count on a pretty bad cup of coffee at these two Starbucks stores. However this Starbucks inside Von's is in a league of its own! Great attitudes, caring, and fast service, and great coffee or ANY Starbucks drink!
I want to highlight the outstanding customer service I experience at this location. Riley is consistently friendly and welcoming. Even when he's managing a growing line on his own, he never stops smiling. Sometimes, a simple smile is all it takes to turn someone's day around. When someone is having a rough day and encounters Riley, he has the ability to make everything feel better. He is truly a valuable asset to this company.
I visited the closest Starbucks this morning to grab a hot drink and observed that both employees were wearing their masks incorrectly, especially considering the ongoing pandemic. It's hard to believe that Vons/Starbucks hasn't provided clear instructions on proper mask usage. If the staff can’t manage to wear their masks correctly, I can’t help but wonder what other sanitation practices they might be neglecting.
The iced chocolate almond milk shaken espresso is my new favorite drink! Yesterday while grocery shopping at Vons was worth it to stop and get a drink. The employees always are efficient and work hard while providing excellent customer service. Do expect a wait since many love the convenience of ordering while shopping.

We've all had Starbucks before so I feel like I don't need to leave a review but I want Starbucks to know that they need to serve pumpkin spice year round please!
