I don’t visit this location often—only when I have an appointment nearby—but every time I do, they are consistently excellent. The mobile order area is a bit different than at other locations I frequent, so I'm never quite sure whether to just grab my drink or wait for someone to hand it to me. However, the staff is always friendly and accommodating regarding my uncertainty. Their caramel macchiato is by far the best I’ve had. I’m not sure what they do differently compared to other places, but it makes me want to drive 30 minutes out of my way just to get one from them. Kudos to the baristas!
I usually visit all the Starbucks in the Chantilly area since that's where I work. However, this morning, I decided to stop by the Starbucks on Old Bridge since it's close to my home. Upon entering, I immediately sensed some tension; no one greeted me with a "good morning." The manager, an older woman wearing a white hat, made me feel quite belittled when I asked about the types of peppermint coffee available. I wanted to speak up but decided against it. All I'm saying is, if I'm spending $15 on two coffees, I would appreciate a bit better treatment.
I’m writing this review for the girl who answered the phone and helped me with my drink. she was pretty rude for no reason like a passive aggressive attitude. saying things like okay… and being rude when SHE got confused. and just overall not nice. bad mornings happen but i’m a regular and i did nothing to you i couldn’t imagine what she would say when she experiences an actual rude customer. still will be coming everyday and trying to find out who i called.
The only reason I was there was because of my son. He purchased the coffees. It has become way too expensive. However, I still favor their Blueberry muffin and their cheese and fruit plate. The cashier, who I couldn't quite determine if she was a lady or a man, complained that my 1-year-old son's voice was bothering her while he was playing with us. To make her happy, we decided to leave the inside and sit outside. It's really unfair to make such a comment about a baby. She was quite rude right from the start when we were ordering a cappuccino.
I frequent Starbucks quite often. Unfortunately, this location has poorly trained Baristas. My comment is not based off a singular experience. Ive based it off of visiting mornings, afternoons and evenings. Update 05/31/22: Called customer service and shared my experience. I was refunded my beverage and was given a $15.00 credit. I suggest you do the same.
I encountered a lack of respect from a woman at the counter. It felt like she was pretending not to understand my English. When I politely requested napkins for my coffee, she instead tried to offer me an apple juice and said it would cost me. Despite repeatedly saying "napkins," she kept responding with "apple juice." It was quite frustrating.
I’m at this location now and there is no Starbucks. Looks like it moved to another spot about a 1/4 mile away. I even went inside the Giant grocery store thinking it may be inside- but nothing. Update- this pin needs to be removed. The new location is at 3390 Old Bridge Road. There is already a pin for that one. Just get rid of this one.

I walked in young man in white long sleeve shirt looked at me like if I didn't belong there no acknowledgment nothing. There was a heavy weight girl no greeting nothing. Silent treatment all around. Placed our orders on the counter silently. Another customer asked if this is my order she looked at him stupid nodded her head.
It’s a Starbucks like most others. This isn’t my favorite parking lot to get in out of which is the only reason I visit them less.
