I recently attempted to get a coffee through the app on a Sunday, only to find that the Starbucks was closed for cleaning. I completely understand the need for maintenance, but it would have been helpful if they had posted an update on the app or at least had a large sign indicating that they were closed. Instead, I approached the door and was met with rude service. I won't be returning.
I was unlucky enough to spend my lunch hour at this place. The ham cheese sandwich was dry and had absolutely no taste. The cashier on duty took no interest in his work and didn't make eye contact with me. In addition, the bathrooms were filthy. I will never return to this Starbucks ever again. Such a slap-dash, lazy attitude towards customers is absolutely revolting.
This Starbucks building is located off Route 10 East on Johnson Road just past the Stop Shop intersection. We stopped there just before it started to snow for a warm up coffee. The service was friendly and fast for a Saturday. Directions can be confusing because it was originally listed with the Stop Shop Morris Plains address before the new site was built.
There weren't many customers inside, but there was a very long line of cars for the drive-thru. I bypassed the regular entrance and used the next one. The place is nice. I left my phone on the table for a moment, and an employee kindly took it for safekeeping to ensure no one picked it up. I really appreciate that. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Despite the Starbucks being extremely busy both inside and in the drive-thru, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. There were some staffing issues that led to an early closing at 12, but I commend them for that. It's a win for companies that can adapt to their employees’ needs!
I absolutely love this Starbucks! I visit every day, and everyone here is so kind, especially Abi and Dan. They really brighten my day. The service is super fast and fantastic, and the drinks are top-notch. This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area—maybe even in the whole state!
This starbucks is terrible. lousy staff lousy drinks. emily the barista there, shes the old heavy set woman, is so nasty. every other word was a cuss word. she did this when i had my 5 year old son with me. c'mon starbucks really??? completely inappropriate disrespectful.
Friendly service, but the ride thru was so secured that it spit out into the side street. You need to reconfigure the parking space so that more cars can safely wait during peak hours. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Terrible service, long wait times, and rude, inept staff. If you're looking for overpriced, mediocre coffee that isn’t made to order, then this Starbucks is the spot for you.
