This location has become my go-to Starbucks on my way to work. I always order ahead using the app, and everything is always fresh and ready on time, but my communication with the staff is limited because I just run in, grab my stuff and run out. This morning I had this sweet little note on my cup. It?s such a small thing, but I was already having a really difficult day, and this small effort really picked my spirits up. Thank you, see you guys again soon!
After traveling for 3 hours my daughter was in urgent need to go to the restroom. We saw this Starbucks and stopped there to maybe also get something to drink. The door was locked but there were two employees inside. A sign said they closed at 7:30 pmon Sundays but it was still 6:25 pm. I knocked twice but they pretended didn?t see me. Another customer arrived and it seemsthey just opened the door to say they were closed. Bad service.
I'm a fan of Starbucks! The customer service is excellent, and the drinks are always enjoyable. Thank you! The restrooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming with friendly patrons. They offer all the usual items you'd expect at a Starbucks. I appreciate their involvement in the community, especially with initiatives like toy drives during the holiday season. I absolutely love this location. They remember my name because I come in everyday and it?s honestly the most welcoming feeling. From little notes on my cups to warm hellos this is by far the best Starbucks I?ve ever been to. And they have NEVER messed up my order!! Everyone of those employees deserve the utmost appreciation! :
I placed a mobile order but waited quite a while for it to be ready. It was a pastry so I thought it would be fast...simply grab from the display and put into a bag. Nope!
