This isn't my first experience at this restaurant, but I was let down during my recent visit. My drink was diluted and lacked essential ingredients; there was neither a triple shot nor coffee in my Caramel Macchiato. In the past, I ordered a dragonfruit drink, and to my surprise, it contained no dragonfruit whatsoever—how does that even happen? My cherished Friday morning coffee ritual was entirely ruined. When I went back to address the problem, there was no apology for swapping out the coffee and espresso shots for just milk. It felt like a complete waste of my time. Thank you!
The staff here is wonderful—friendly and accommodating in every way! However, the management unfortunately leaves much to be desired. It's disheartening to see the team overworked, which is evident in their demeanor. I typically visit in the evenings, and it's upsetting to hear them mention that they’re constantly understaffed, especially when the café is packed with customers. The management needs to change to someone who can create better organization and support for the staff.
Today a barista at this Starbucks refused to call my drink name out because my name For Starbucks Is “Israel forever” instead she called out my drink order and I said to her “what? You can’t call the name on the cup?” To which she gleefully replied “no!” Guess it’s not just unions stores that have a problem. It’s like tell me you’re antisemitic without telling me you’re anti Semitic.
I always have a wonderful experience when I order from this place, though weekends can occasionally lead to a bit of a wait. The staff is extremely friendly, and they even remember my name. On the few occasions when I’ve needed something to be remade, they’ve handled it with a sincere apology and no fuss. A big thank you to the team for being so amazing!

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend. She had ordered her drink iced through the mobile app, but after waiting for 15 minutes, they brought it to her hot instead. When she politely inquired with the barista about the mix-up, he responded rudely and displayed a poor attitude.

Before the renovation, the service was quick and orders were prepared without delay. However, since then, it takes significantly longer to receive your food. There are fewer staff members available, and it seems that more diners are being attracted to this location.
There is street parking available at both ends of the block, and there’s also a parking garage located at the back. Additionally, the restaurant is conveniently situated directly across from the train station.

There is parking available in the lot at the back. My coffee came with a delightful motivational sticker that read, "Never give up."
