Typically, this is my go to Starbucks because it is fast and the customer service is great! The drive thru people are awesome. Today, there were different employees than usual working. The barista who made my drink was convinced I had ordered an iced one, but I actually hadn't. Since it was Friday and busy, I just decided to accept the iced one (to try something new, right? . I was frustrated with this employee because he was rude about it, and he was rude to his coworker (who was manning the window . All this to say, shout out to the young lady working the window. Customer service is phenomenal here on a busy Saturday morning. I placed last minute mobile order to be picked up via drive thru and apparently there were 3 other orders with the same name. TJ handled it professionally and calmly and got our order out fast. This is my go to Starbucks and I'll keep coming back (with no more last minute mobile orders)
It's a great place to visit for a quick bite; I drive there at least once a week. However, when you're sitting inside, it can get quite cold, making it uncomfortable for extended stays. The space is small, so it's not really designed for lingering indoors for too long.
