I live down the street from this starbucks go at least one a week have my service dog with me a small 4lbs chiquaua very friendly always in my arms at all time as ordering employee female KARI started to tell me I can't have my dog with me I told her my dog is a service dog she replied I need to see his papers in regards to him being a service dog I told her to call the sheriff's over so I can show them the service dog papers she was not any type of official to show her any documentation i have always came to this Starbucks to support my local Starbucks after this incident i will never buy anything from this Starbucks.
I visit this Starbucks three times a week and always order a Venti Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte with just three ice cubes, and I've never had any issues. However, today my drink was filled to only about 80%, and when I mentioned that it wasn't full, the barista explained that it was because I didn’t ask for enough ice. The reason I order it that way is that they typically put in too much ice and not enough drink. I've been a regular at this Starbucks for years without any problems, so this was really disappointing. I'm shaking my head.
As much as we wish the service in Starbucks is not very consistent! I have been to 100s of them all over U.S. and Canada (I would never go to a Starbucks outside of North America). I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly, this one was on the good side! Very organized with pleasant staff.
Second time they add no sugar to my drinks . They always have no flavor. I once told them if they could please add sugar and they took my drink in and supposedly added sugar but when I started driving home I tried it and it tasted the same.

An employee named Alicia or Lisa (I couldn’t quite catch her name because I was wearing headphones) was incredibly friendly! She had excellent customer service skills, and I will definitely be coming back here.
I would not recommend buying from Starbucks; it feels like it's designed for those who are too lazy to explore better options. The price for a coffee is excessively high.
Not even one star this place has huge lines takes long to make your drink need to hire more staff.
It is very cozy and warm. Perfect for this cold weather. Staff are friendly and good service
