I recently placed an order through their app, but when I asked for extra syrup, it wasn’t included. I submitted my feedback on their website and received a wonderful response. Today, when my husband went to pick up our drinks, the manager told him that she had personally made them. I really appreciate this level of attention to detail, and it’s moments like these that keep me coming back as a loyal customer at Starbucks. Everyone makes mistakes, but they always work hard to make things right.
Last time i ordered on their app and they didn’t put any syrup in at all when I ordered extra. Gave a feedback through the website and got a very good response. Today I went back to pick it up and the manager told my hubby who picked up our drinks came out and said she personally made the drink herself. I really appreciate it and this is why I’m a loyal customer at Starbucks. Anyone can make mistakes but they make it right.
Mobile orders can take quite a while, but ordering in person is quicker. Occasionally, they forget to include the hazelnut flavor, but they add it once I bring it to their attention, which isn’t a huge issue. I always come here, so I'm heading out now.
Manager/Supervisor of this location made an initially bad visit good. That is great management skills, when you identify something wrong and make it right within seconds. Kudos, I will be returning because of the excellent customer service. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The customer service is excellent, and the drinks are fantastic! My only issue is the inconsistent hours; it's much simpler to check the Starbucks app to see if they're closed rather than relying on the hours listed on Google.

This is a wonderful Starbucks! There's plenty of parking available nearby, and their estimated pickup time for orders was perfectly accurate.
