Starbucks is Starbucks. People go here for consistency of drink, snack, etc. That's why it's such an issue that this location is wildly inconsistent with opening hours and accepting mobile orders. Many times over the past few months they've been inexplicably closed during hours they should be open. For example, just this morning they didn't open within ~45 minutes of the stated time. I have no idea if or when they finally opened, but there was no posted sign or information of any kind. They just didn't open. Bizarrely, they acted like it was weird that people were trying to open the door. I've observed this same thing on other days, and at other times as well. Often they turn off mobile orde...
I placed an order through the app? I came in at the scheduled time to pick up my order and it was not ready. I understand being busy and I am always willing to wait patiently. I casually asked how log for my order and I was met with a very dismissive attitude. I had to ask twice and was asked ?well when did you order?? I stated I ordered 20 minutes ago and he looked at me and never said anything. He was asked the same questions by a few other people after me and he answered in the most pleasant tone and was very apologetic. Might I add I?m African American and the other people was Caucasian, I hope this had nothing to do with it but one could only wonder. I left without even getting my order...
In terms of drawbacks, there aren't many issues with Starbucks in general. However, at the Millburn location, the biggest challenge is finding parking. Since the store is situated on the town's Main Avenue, parking can be quite tricky, especially with the ongoing construction at Millburn Zoo, which has made it even more challenging.

Pretty inconsistent location in terms of service, quality of beverage etc. Some days you get friendly baristas and some days you don?t. The hours are not the best, but if you catch them on a good day, your coffee will be ????
I just had my first PINK drink, and it wasn't what I expected. If you're a fan of sweet strawberry flavors, you’ll definitely enjoy this one! However, it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Give the pink drink a try!
I've never had a bad drink or an incorrect order from this place. The drinks are always perfect, delicious, and served on time. The only downside is the parking situation at this location.

Never had a bad drink from here or a dirty job. Drinks were always perfect and tasty and punctual. There are parking spaces only at this point.
