Worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. We walked up to the counter and he didn?t greet us and looked at us until we said something to him, after which he finally walked behind the counter to take our order finally. My partner ordered first and once she was finished he just turned around and walked away to make her drink without letting me say anything. She got a cold drink and I tried to order a hot drink. He cut me off and said he can?t do that because the machine was down. That would have been good to know before he made the first drink so we could have just left and gone to a different starbucks. Inflated Prices. I ordered my usual vanilla latte from Starbucks, but I was charged for every extra pump of vanilla and classic syrup. A venti latte ended up costing me $9. I get this drink every day, so I know how much it should cost and what’s included. Paying an additional $4 for one extra pump of flavor is outrageous. It’s frustrating when people who are misinformed work for a company, especially when they’re in a grocery store. If I hadn’t been in a hurry, I would have gone somewhere else. My wife, today the 21st of August had a horrible experience around 8:30am with an employee. She was waiting at the register for sometime while the employee saw her and continued to ignore her. Finally, he acknowledged her and began taking her order. After ordering 2 simple drinks, he asked if she wanted anything else, she said yes, then he rudely rolled his eyes. My wife then saw the egg bites on the fridge while it was open so she said, great I will actually have egg bites. He then lies to her and said they were all out. Kim, the barista, is absolutely incredible when it comes to making my favorite drinks! Compared to other local baristas, she stands out in a league of her own. Her caramel macchiato is simply fantastic! Not only is she talented, but she's also super friendly and has excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend trying some of her amazing coffee creations! Just a heads up—once you become a fan of Kim’s drinks, visiting another Starbucks might leave you feeling disappointed because they just can’t compare! I promise you that! LOL! Kim the Barista is truly exceptional at crafting my favorite beverages! When compared to other local Starbucks baristas, she stands out as one of a kind. Not only does she make an incredible Caramel Macchiato, but she is also incredibly friendly and has excellent customer service skills! I highly recommend trying some of her amazing coffee creations. Just a heads up: after experiencing Kim's drinks, if you venture out to another Starbucks, you might find yourself disappointed because nothing else will compare! I can guarantee that! i never ever give reviews but this has to be the worst Starbucks i have ever been to, i went there a few times and the older male behind the counter is the rudest guy i have probably ever met. He always has an attitude and has a problem with everything. the first few times he was rude i let it slide but i cant deal with him being rude anymore. he either needs to get fired or take the Starbucks there down completely. Worst costumer service of my life and i even work at Starbucks near the Columbia area and the way he treats costumers, i would've got fired immediately
The older male barista was absolutely atrocious. He had no regard for the customers waiting and was unnecessarily rude. He had an exceptionally unprofessional manner of speaking and made my experience at this Starbucks awful. This guy needs to get a life. The other barista was clearly uncomfortable in his presence, I won't be surprised if there's to more to his unprofessionalism. This guy needs to be fired (and get a life).
