Very bad customer service!!!There was an older Caucasian female worker who was taking orders in the drive through who was being rude giving me an attitude as soon as I began ordering at the window. I had asked for my pumpkin loaf to be warmed up. I leave the drive through thinking everything was done correctly. Then as I park I notice the loaf was hella cold. I go back to the drive through and tell her that they didn 't warm up my loaf. The worker sighs and tells me to bring it to the window and they 'll give me another one. When it 's my turn to the window the freaking lady says give me the pumpkin loaf as she is gesturing me to give it to her. I hand it to her and she just laughs. She need...

However, there are some downsides: the bathroom is often messy, even in the early morning when they first open, with supplies frequently running low and lacking cleanliness. The lobby has a very basic atmosphere and doesn’t have charging stations for laptop use. Additionally, there are often business-related materials, such as papers, schedules, and invoices, scattered across the counters, which may indicate poor management.
I frequently visit this Starbucks for client meetings and it's a fantastic spot. The service is always exceptional and the atmosphere is ideal for a casual business setting. What’s more, it’s a great place to come with my dog, adding to the relaxed vibe. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to meet and enjoy great service.
This Starbucks has a drive-thru, so I recommend using that instead of going inside when it's busy. Although there are about 10 people working behind the counter, my order got lost in the chaos. The seating inside is decent, but not plentiful.

I noticed several different types of rodents and bugs scurrying about, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they responded by spitting in my chai latte.
This is by far the slowest Starbucks that I've ever been too, consistent lag wait time and time for a beverage.
Asked for warmed up pumpkin loaf and gave it to me cold. Bruh.
