This morning I placed an online order using my Starbucks app. The instructions indicated I should drive through let the barista know that I had an online order to pick up. I did this. The barista at the window decided to lecture me that I did notcheck in at the kiosk. I explained that it did not state that in the instructions for my order but she just continued beratingme as she handed over my order. Mind you it was 5:15 in the morning. There were no other customers in line I was getting onthe road for a two hour drive. As I pulled around the building reached into my bag I realized there were no utensils. This location is in Laguna Beach main street, right across from the beach ??. Busy, a constant line at the cashiers, but a sort of an organized chaos. Staff was friendly, accommodating, The restroom was clean, very accessible with a door code. Myone challenge was finding parking as the small parking lot seems to be shared with other neighboring businesses around. Justfinding a Starbucks enroute on our trip is truly a home away from home kind of feeling. Thank you Starbucks for always beingaround wherever we go.
The staff was amazing, as usual. The drinks we ordered were crafted perfectly and tasted incredible. I absolutely adore the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, although it's usually only available during the holiday season, which is why I tend to visit frequently this time of year.
Decent drinks, always the same and reliable. Of course all of the hot food is disgusting because it’s microwaved and the lines are long but it’s Starbucks so you should know what you’re getting without having to read this

I had an outstanding experience at Starbucks today. The staff were prompt and attentive, taking the time to answer my questions about the drinks and accommodating my modifications.
Starbucks was filthy, dust, trash on floor and the floors where sticky and black in some places. It seems that all Starbuks ar ed dirty.
I liked this location because it was spacious and empty. Only old men drink coffee here. Pleasant service and no drama.
I love starbucks but my carmel machiatto was not good, and my husband's coffee was not hot..
