I don't usually like to write bad reviews as this can be quite detrimental to places during these hard times. I regularly come in to Starbucks (and have written 5* reviews in the past) BUT the last few times I have been quite shocked. The way the new manager speaks to members of staff (and sometimes the customers) is awful, she could be standing there and order someone do to the job she should be doing. I've notice a few times that at their busiest hour she will disappear, one day for about 20 minutes while a member of staff was left on her own to take orders and make them while she left the shop. We popped in for a coffee while shopping and found it was quite dirty. The tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. The floor under the tables were dirty too and the chairs were coverd in crumbs. The beading around the banquette seats was full of crumbs and obviously had not been cleaned or brushed out in a while. Altogether it wasn't pleasent to be there. There seemed to be quite a lot of staff on duty but they were all behind the counter. If I was a manager I'd get them out there keeping the place clean. I go to starbucks on the greyhound daily for my coffee fix I love going to that starbucks because the staff are so friendly and always a warm welcome off them everytime someone enters. I think David the manager and his staff have all adapted so well to the covid situation and put everything into place to keep them and there customers safe so well done to you all on that. Everytime I've gone in its always clean and tidy, which is a bonus because some places aren't as clean. Keep up the good work your all doing great.
Myself and my children visit Starbucks a couple of times a week. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. My kids are very fussy and indecisive and the staff are very patient with them and also happy to remake their drinks if they don't like the choice they've made. Would highly recommend a visit if your out shopping down the Estate. Very clean and the selection of cakes is amazing!

We have been visiting this Starbucks location since we moved to the area. Amazing service and team. They never disappoint! A year later and we are still frequenting this same location a few times a week. The manager Dave and his team make you feel so welcome and take care of you. The location is in a great area and inside is very clean and has tons of space. Thank you team! Wendy
I sat down with my panini and coffee and then a couple with a dog sat next to us. I checked the Starbucks policy which clearly states only service dogs allowed in the restaurant, this dog was not a service dog. The young man who works there obviously knew the couple we’ll as he was chatting to them and not once did he ask them to leave . Won’t be visiting again
I can't remember sitting in such filthy surroundings; the floor was dirty, the chairs covered in stains, and the tables were not wiped clean. I had to ask for a table to get wiped which staff were not too enthusiastic to do. I noted it has a 5 star hygiene rating, but I've no idea how it achieved this!
I’ve ordered yesterday 3 coffees with soy milk just because of my allergy on dairy. I received all of them with semi milk. I had really strong allergy reaction. It’s unacceptable! It’s not just a lactose intolerance. I mentioned that 2 times to make sure. Stuff should be more focus on them job !!!

We all a starbs and this one didn’t disappoint, I was dropping my daughter off at Chester train station , we were looking for a close by starbs , this location was spot on and only 10 mins to the train station. So it was a “win win” all round .
Kate needs to find a new job. Shocking service. It appeared there had been a food fight prior to entering, as there was cake all over the floor.
