Every employee at this location is amazing. They are incredibly fast and efficient, while also being genuinely nice. They truly go the extra mile to make customers feel special and cared for. I want to give an extra shout-out to my favorite barista, Samuel! He consistently goes above and beyond, bringing his kindness and wonderful personality to everything he does. Never change, Samuel! Thanks to everyone at this location for their exceptional service and for brightening even the toughest days. Love you all!
This place is fantastic for a quick getaway! We took our 11-year-old daughter and her friend, and we all had a great time in the pool area. There are also many interesting spots nearby to explore, such as The Factory, Rolli Polli (which offers rolled ice cream), and White Oaks mall. Just a heads-up: if you book an atrium room and want direct access to the pool area, be sure to specify that. Otherwise, you’ll see the pool from a balcony but will need to walk through the hallways to get there.
The drink was outstanding, the food was good, and the service was commendable, especially given how hard they worked to accommodate the elaborate drink order. So, if you're in the mood and have some time to spare, it's definitely worth a visit.

Amazing food (especially the Chicken Bacon and Ham Swiss) and the baristas have always been incredibly friendly. Great way to start the day or grab a quick (and delicious) lunch!
Every time Ive gone the staff are beyond lovely. Food is good. If you get the staff i do, then youll get great customer service.
Staff are ALWAYS pleased and helpful. They remember their regular patrons as well, which is nice, especially in today's society
