Stunning food, nice rustic setting, I can't rate this place any more highly, and wholeheartedly recommend it. I can't wait for the longer opening hours and bistro nights ! Update: Saturday nights now bring us global themed food nights, with spectacular menus based on a locale, such as Texas themed, British menu through the ages, from paleolithic to the Victorian era , and Smoke and Fire with BBQ classics . Its alright uf you wanna pay a 10ner for 1 full english only to have them take off half the things because maybe you dont like them only to have the food come to your table on a small rectangle plate, just for u to tale 1 bite and regret coming here. baccon was burnt and chewy, the one discusting sausage that looked like an orgres package and an egg that still had clear runny coating over the yolk, altleast they offered an alternative to the sour dough bread and i was able to get some normal toast, the place was nice inside 10/10 for presentation 1/10 for the food ps leek sausage???
Friendly staff and helpful. There was a wheelchair user reduced mobility table available, which was great as I have some mobility issues. Easy access toilet, too. The step from the pavement down was a bit high. Coffee and brownie were good. I like it that this place is nearby and not too busy in the week.
Absolutely gorgeous every time! Come here often for breakfast but today was so good I thought id take a pic and leave a review! I had the whipped feta on sourdough so good! This is the best brunch I ever had! l enjoyed every piece of it!Their staff Sophie and Mark are chatty and friendly and l'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.Thank you Ozy to taking me there ! It should be more than five star's from my point of view.
Ok too eat here food ok, I asked for a small breakfast, said he will only cook it for children, I am only supposed to eat little and often, bit disappointed in that response. My wife enjoyed her food
