This restaurant review is rather unfavorable. The reviewer had a disappointing experience at a Chandon tasting event, emphasizing the very poor service, especially from the bartender. They pointed out the absence of a proper event atmosphere and noted that they did not receive the complimentary tasting they had anticipated. The bartender's unhelpful and dismissive attitude further detracted from their overall experience. Ultimately, the reviewer ended up paying for a drink they did not enjoy before deciding to leave. They strongly feel that the bartender should be let go.
Although I've encountered some unfair treatment from the staff, I've been a loyal fan of this restaurant since 2008. I've also had the chance to visit the Wyndham in South Carolina. Most recently, I spent New Year's Eve 2019/2020 at the W in Hollywood, and the photos were taken during that trip.

It's a nice place for all those in Union Station who wait in there foe their respective trips along the state and the country and where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the diversity of restaurants and business around. A peaceful place and enjoyable at the same time.
The hotel management and GM never got back to me regarding my heirloom belt, a precious gift from my late mother. The issue was never resolved. However, Loraine and Florence, the managers at Station Hollywood, always treat me like the superstar I am every time I visit.
I visited the location a couple of weeks ago called The Living Room. The experience was mediocre. They made feel jealous by having the pretty server speak with other customers. I requested a glass of water with no ice and I was given opposite of what I wanted.
Station Hollywood offers the best burgers in Hollywood. Their chicken dishes are fantastic, and the menu includes black bean and mushroom garden patty options, as well as turkey burgers. Service is quick and efficient!

Fantastic value for the money! This place offers an excellent hamburger at an affordable price. The staff is incredibly friendly, too. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in Hollywood!
