We drove through Sterling and picked up Village Pizza on a whim. It was so good! My family moved out here from Cambridge and have been looking for a good steak and cheese and finally found one! We placed a pretty big order, 5 subs, 2 salads and 2 sides and everything was done quickly, correctly and delicious! Went back again tonight and it was just as good. The house made dressing is phenomenal! I will go back for the dressing alone! The people are genuine and kind. If you haven't tried this place, you're missing out! These guys were amazing! We came in the last moment after a long day and basically asked for food. They were more than ready to accommodate! Great attitude, friendly people, and the food was high and delish! Try the Baklavah! Homemade and super! The perfect amount of sweetness and butteriness. It sounded like they were new owners, but eager to keep the old vibes, like the art and images around. They had all the respect for the long lived shop before I really loved this place. I wish I lived closer so I could see more often! But I'll be back!
Love this place! Not your typical sub shop. Heads up: it's cash or check only, no debit or credit cards accepted. We always get an amazing cheeseburger sub, which is made with REAL, not frozen beef. You can taste the difference. Perfectly toasted bun, and lots of quantity. Delicious, craving one right now as I write this!
Beautiful family owned place. They make orders quickly and correctly. We have been ordering there every other Friday for the last 3 yrs, and will continue to do so. the new young couple that runs the place do an amazing job.
