Sticky's Finger Joint

The food is really good. But the customer service leaves something to be desired. My wife and I ordered through Uber Eats and then after placing the order I called to find out if they have nuts in anything as my wife is really allergic. The person thatanswered the phone had basically no idea what I was talking about. I was shocked that he didn?t already know the answer to sucha basic question in the food industry these days. He told me to wait, he put the phone down and I was on hold for almost 10minutes listening to people joking around in the background? never got an answer and he never came back to the phone. I shared a large order of chicken poppers with Cajun fries and a small side of mushroom poppers for lunch. The mushrooms were juice and had great texture. The chicken however was over cooked, hard and dry. The sauces helped it go down easier but it?sdefinitely not something I would ever go for ever again. The fries was flavorful and had a nice crunch. The mushroom was thesaving grace, without it the meal would have been pretty bad. We tried the tai sweet chili, buttermilk bandy ranch and the hotAsian bbq. I hadn't heard of Sticky's before I discovered it, and at first, I thought it was just another barbecue place. However, I decided to take my daughter there today, and I'm so glad we did! It turned out to be an excellent choice. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, which had a sauce that really pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it was truly delicious! The flavors were vibrant, and it was clear that the ingredients were carefully selected. My daughter opted for the plain chicken fingers, and even those exceeded our expectations. They were cooked to perfection and well-seasoned—definitely not bland at all. I'm already planning my next visit to Sticky's!

The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. The chicken tenders were tasty, thanks to a subtle seasoning that added to their appeal. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The two staff members who took my order seemed a bit aloof. As it was my first visit, I wasn’t well-acquainted with the menu. When I asked for cheese on my fries, they rather brusquely informed me that cheese fries weren't available. I hung up and tried calling back, hoping he would notice the phone ringing. I attempted to reach them ten times since my wife wasn't sure if she could eat what she had ordered. Eventually, we had to message the Uber Eats driver to ask if there were any nuts in the dishes, and he told us that the restaurant claimed there were none. Frankly, that response didn't inspire much confidence. We received the food, but my wife is worried about eating it because if they were so quick to tell the delivery driver there were no nuts, why couldn't they just inform me over the phone?

This is a more sophisticated take on Chicken Nuggets, haha! The Vampire Aioli was fantastic! The Sassy BBQ was just average, but I found the Caribbean Sweet Chili to be a bit too sweet and somewhat unusual—though my husband enjoyed it. The Watermelon Soda tasted just like bottled Jolly Rancher, and I absolutely loved it!

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I have to say, the regular chicken sandwich was incredible! The freshness of the chicken really impressed me, and the sauce on the bun was delicious. You definitely need to check out Sticky Fingers!

easy pick up fast service. I love trying all their sauces. I like getting the Cajun fries and the chicken poppers or the mushroom poppers. Ordering online is also very easy.

Garlic parm popper so yummy! Drink watermelon lemon lime as a add on Fries were so crispy and you don?t need ketchup and I love ketchup
