30 years I've been a customer and so has my family. We all enjoy the service and their fresh bagels. Even live the fact we can pre order for holidays. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing, as well as their platters. Over never had anything worth saying bad about. Maybe once in a blue their sandwich might look messy or u might get a shell. But over all this is just normal workers just like us. It happens. The prices are about normal as to other bagel stores. But there's just something about these bagels that make me keep coming back. As well as my family. We've tried others especially since I've moved. Nope I'll drive to selden to get my bagels. Even my brother who moved 8 hours away will h...
First time here and the experience was excellent. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very nice woman who kindly took my order. The service was quick primarily because there was no one there but IT COUNTS! My daughter ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel which came with home fries and for a very picky eater I thought she would find something to not like but she absolutely loved it. I had a ham and provolone on a bagel which came with a pickle and coleslaw all amazing and a small orange juice which gave me memories of elementary school. I will definitely come back! The bagel store is terrible. We used to come here every Sunday, but not anymore. We paid $28 for two egg sandwiches and a bagel, waited 30 minutes for our food, and then discovered that our order was incorrect. When we returned to have it fixed, they couldn't even bother to put the sausage on the sandwich properly. We will never be coming back here again. The bagel store by Walmart is much better - do yourself a favor and go there instead to avoid any headaches.
DO NOT COME HERE !! We enjoy the bagels but they take a long time to get the food out even when it’s not busy. The staff is very rude. We witnessed a staff member yelling at an uber driver I quote, “Then never come back. Never”. ur better off making bagels at home . not worth the wait or putting up with the staff. Everything was fine overall. However, I don't understand why I have to receive home fries for "free" when all I wanted was bacon and eggs on a bagel. The extra side dish costs over $8. The staff members were very pleasant, but the owner could benefit from improving their customer service skills.
The quality of the bagels at this restaurant can be inconsistent depending on who makes them. Sometimes they are great, but other times they are disappointing. This inconsistency is not ideal, and I hope they can improve in the future. For now, I will be seeking my breakfast bagels elsewhere.
The food and service at this restaurant are always top-notch. Today, the owner showed his support for his employees by standing up to a hostile delivery driver. It was great to see him standing by his staff.
