They were present but too busy to talk to me; even though the restaurant was empty, I was told to wait, and the staff mentioned that the manager wouldn’t come out. I forgot about this issue until my most recent visit reminded me of how flawed this place is. During my second and third visits, they attempted to double charge my card. Alex was our server, he was great. The new recliner seats were a big improvement over the old seating style. I liked the new tables too, they seemed a little larger, more room. Also the cup holder is now on the table instead of the seat which is so much better. Menu wise I ordered the quesadilla, it was a little too crispy/overcooked on the edges but had a nice flavor. My Mom was with me and she got the chicken tenders.Recommendations for improvement:1. Have more vegetarian or vegan options on the menu!2. Have your runners be better about offering or giving out silverware. Every time I come here I have to put on my call light to ask for silverware after the runner has dropped off my meal.3....
I appreciate the concept of the restaurant, and the seating is quite comfortable. However, I found the servers to be somewhat distracting. Dining in the dark presents its own set of challenges. I ordered a taco salad, but to be honest, aside from the numerous jalapeño peppers and an overwhelming amount of deep-fried tortilla, I couldn't really identify what else was in it. There may have been some meat, but I wasn't able to eat it.
The staff was friendly and eager to enhance my movie experience. From buying tickets to ordering drinks at the bar and receiving in-theater service, everything was excellent. The food and drink specials were both tasty and satisfying. On Tuesdays, tickets are only $6.00, beers are priced at $5.00, and there’s ample space to relax and enjoy the movie.

The theater is very clean and the staff promptly takes your order for popcorn, drinks, and food. Although the seats don't recline, it wasn't a problem for me. I was pleased with the temperature inside; it wasn't too cold or too hot. I enjoyed the movie, "DC Super Pets," and my grandchildren loved it as well—they laughed a lot!
It's a fantastic theater that offers the convenience of ordering food right from your seat, which they will bring to you. However, they really need to consider upgrading to reclining seats. The backs of the seats are upright and don’t recline, making it less comfortable for the audience.
Enjoyable experience. Very clean and good service. Since we went to an early show there were few in there and no disruption due to food service. Food is very average but it’s nice to get served while you are watching. We will return. Seats comfy and recline.

Screen was very dark, food was cold and horrible. Pretzel bites were hard as a rock and my buffalo wings had no sauce.
Great spot to enjoy a movie! The seating is comfortable, and the service at your seat is excellent.
