While the delay didn't bother me too much, the fact that there were no earlier showings that day indicated that the mess was leftover from the previous night's screenings. The staff only removed some of the trash and leftover food but didn’t genuinely clean the theater. The chairs and cup holders were filthy, and the tables intended for food had not been wiped down in what seemed like ages. The sticky floors made me uneasy throughout the movie, as I worried about the possibility of that mouse returning or catching some kind of illness from the unkempt environment. I was recently at this theater to see Oppenheimer. The theater needs to be maintenanced. The restrooms are always neglected (lack of toilet paper, paper towels and overall cleanliness). Even in the actual theater some of the tables were missing the designated seat numbers (ex. E4 was missing on the table) it makes it difficult to find your seat. Whoever manages the building needs to do some up keep on the place to keep it well maintained when was the last time a manger did an inspection report? I was disappointed at the overall condition of the place. I used to love going to this theater because of the “movie tavern” feel and that it was well kept but that does not seem to be the case anymor...
This place is really disorganized and unprofessional. When we arrived, we were told that we had to be 21 or older, which was never mentioned in the description. They initially said it was for anyone 18 and up, calling us adults, but then the woman there insisted that we needed to show her our IDs. Despite this, they still let us in and asked us to wait inside. However, another woman suddenly appeared and told us we had to step outside because we hadn't provided any ID. While we were waiting, a man entered with his two children, who were 7 and 8 years old, and they let him in without any issues. Some teenagers also passed by and were admitted. This theater is the worst!

This is my favorite spot, but a restaurant's quality hinges on its service. Who are they hiring here? Is there even a manager on duty? I'm currently here with a friend on a Monday afternoon, and it’s quite empty. They handed me my drink but forgot my friend's water. It's been an hour and a half since the movie began, and we’re still waiting for our appetizer, which is the only thing we ordered. No sign of it yet. I probably should have eaten before coming here. It's frustrating to pay for such disorganized service.
I attended an 8 PM movie, and I enjoyed it! However, the theater experience was less than ideal due to the sticky floors. You really can't tell what you're walking on as you make your way to your seat. On a positive note, I appreciate that they offer multiple showtimes for each film, and there's free parking available in a nearby lot. If I decide to return, I'll definitely bring some Lysol wipes to clean my seat, and I won't be dining there — it's best to eat beforehand and just enjoy the movie.
To make matters worse, they automatically added a tip to our bill despite the poor service and the fact that I didn’t receive any food. They definitely need to reassess that policy. I would advise against booking a 9:00, 9:30, or 10:00 PM movie if you’re expecting to eat—you’ll be disappointed. It was a Thursday night, and there were only about 8 to 12 people in the theater. I won’t be returning here again.
This place really fell off bad. The women's bathroom room is horrible. The ceiling has two huge holes in it. None of the bathroom stalls have toilet paper dispensers. The toliet paper is sitting on the back of the toilet. The soap dispenser had no soap, and the paper towel dispenser didn't work. In the past year, I have visited SMG a few times and enjoyed my experience each time. Easy online ticket purchases, quick admission process, theaters are clean with spacious seating.
