The Subi Hotel— a comforting yet turbulent relationship. The beer selection is standard, but securing a pint requires patience; there 's always a shortage of bar staff, especially during peak hours. Queue etiquette seems optional here, as they lack a system to identify who 's next. The turnover of staff resembles somewhat of a revolving door, with new faces every time I go. The food falls into the okay category with the exception of the Katsu Sando which slaps harder than Will Smith. Yet, amidst these quirks and flaws lies an inexplicable charm.
