I just wanna start off by saying the first few weeks of this location opening the service wasn't that bad. i think it's because it was run by adults and not high schoolers . i order on the app usually since i'm a pretty busy person. i ordered about 30 minutes before closing and had my assistant pick up my order. when i got my order i realized that there was a lot of mistakes. i ordered two types of cheese and only got one, there wasn't sauce on my sandwich so it ended up tasting dry, the bread seemed to be pretty dry as well and not fresh at all. i was very dissatisfied. i called today and spoke to the manager, who was a high school kid btw, and he ended up basically laughing in my face when...
Out of the 5 times i gave this spot a try, i had one decent experience and is why i scored it 1/5 stars. Poorly ran. Workers rush you. It shouldnt take 5 workers to take, make and ring up one persons order. They just want to get you out asap. They dont follow directions. They didnt ask if we wanted our subs toasted, we asked for a line of dressing they put us two on every sub!! we asked for yellow mustard we got honey dijon!! You cant script this stuff, very annoying. Will not be going back. Hire adults who understand fluent english.
I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant! I placed an order through the app and will never order from Subway again. I initially came here because they serve halal food after changing management, but after my recent experience, I'm absolutely disgusted. Instead of properly handling my order, they simply took my money and provided me with a very unsatisfactory meal. If they weren't going to fulfill my order correctly, they should have just refunded my money and canceled it.
The staff were rude and unhelpful. Every tuna sandwich we received seemed to have barely any fish in it. When we inquired about two subs, the worker just turned them away and didn't take any action. While Metro generally has decent food, I wouldn't recommend this particular location.

Good food but would like to see a sauce with horseradish in it like a mayo or mustard with horseradish because my friend always wants the beef but nothing really to put on it
This Subway is so clean and the Subs tasted so good. The employees are so nice and fast. I love the new management and I’m so happy with their amazing service.
The place was tidy and well-kept. They prepared my order quickly and accurately. Yes, I will definitely return.
